Our Boiler Replacement Process

Initial Visit

After accepting our quote, we'll reach out to you to arrange a brief initial visit. This allows us to confirm all the provided details and perform some additional checks to ensure your new installation goes smoothly. We always try to book this visit to fit around your schedule.

Installation Confirmation

Following the initial visit, we'll send you a confirmation message with the installation date and details. And if your boiler has broken down, we will try to schedule a next-day installation to get you back up and running in no time.

Installation Day

Our certified Gas Safe engineers will install your new boiler professionally and safely, following all regulations and industry standards. After the installation, they will take the time to guide you through the operation of your new boiler and answer any questions you may have.

Post-Installation Support

We'll provide guidance to help you understand how to use your new system efficiently and how the guarantee on your boiler works. And if you require further assistance, we'll be happy to help. As a local company, delivering exceptional and personal service is our top priority.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a boiler replacement take?

A typical boiler replacement will normally be completed in a day. If we anticipate that the job will take longer than this, we will let you know ahead of time.

What is included in the quoted price?

Your quote includes material and labour costs. All our boilers are installed with a new magnetic filter and scale inhibitor for optimal protection. We also provide a system flush in line with the manufacturer's requirements. However, please note that the quoted price is subject to a site survey and may not include certain costs, such as upgrading a gas pipe where this may be required. If this is the case, we will advise you during our initial visit and issue a separate quote.

When do I need to pay for the installation?

We don't currently request payment until after the installation is complete and you are fully satisfied with the work done.

Do I need to do anything before the installation day?

You don't have to do anything before the installation day. However, please be aware that your water supply may need to be turned off for a while. If you have any concerns about this, please don't hesitate to mention them to us. We can always make special arrangements to help minimise the disruption.

Can you upgrade my older system to a combi boiler?

Although we specialise in boiler replacements, we can also often provide other boiler installation services such as upgrading an older system to a combi boiler or moving an existing boiler to a new location. If you are interested in this, please contact us directly.

How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind and no longer want to use our service, simply contact us with your details and we will cancel the order for you.
