A typical boiler replacement is normally completed in a day. If we anticipate that the job will take longer, we will let you know in advance. Other boiler installation work may take longer and will usually require a home visit before we can confirm the timescale.
What is included in the quoted price?
Your quote includes material and labour costs. All our boilers are installed with a new magnetic filter and scale inhibitor for optimal protection. We also provide a system flush in line with the manufacturer's requirements. However, please note that instant quotes are subject to a site survey carried out during our initial visit.
Does the boiler come with a warranty?
All of the boilers we install come with a manufacturer-backed warranty. You can see the warranty length in our instant quote tool when comparing boiler options. If you need any advice on warranty cover or choosing the right boiler, we are always happy to help.
When do I need to pay for the installation?
We don't currently request payment until after the installation is complete and you are fully satisfied with the work done.
Do I need to do anything before the installation day?
You do not need to do anything before the installation day, but it helps if the area around the boiler is clear and any belongings are safely moved out of the way. Please also be aware that your mains supply may need to be turned off for a while, so it can be useful to fill a kettle or keep some water aside in advance, especially if a cup of tea is considered essential.
